LG Development Group LLC is an arm of Campus Acquisitions, LLC, focusing on the development side of the company. Our two companies are focused solely on investments in education-related real estate, including student housing (acquisitions, redevelopments, and new developments) and other campus-related real estate. In the past several years, Campus Acquisitions has acquired more than 2,000 units.

The education sector is poised for extraordinary growth. Experts predict an "echo-boom" in post-secondary education over the next ten years – and student enrollment is expected to increase from 16.5 million today to over 18.5 million in 2013. These demographic and enrollment trends are creating increased demand for campus-related real estate assets. But this demand adds strain on the real estate systems of academic institutions, which, in general, are aging, in short supply, and in competition for limited funds with other programs.

Our latest projects have included 309 E. Green St., Champaign, IL, a 24 story high-rise located at the University of Illinois, and The Vue on Apache, which is located on the campus of ASU.
