Marc is lead developer for the construction of high-end mid/high-rise developments, custom single-family homes, multi-unit buildings and condo conversions.
Marc previously performed duties of a project manager for buildings ranging from 20,000 to 450,000 square feet. He has been responsible for outside sales, initiated and promoted future developments for various business approaches utilizing strategic planning, estimated build-outs, strategically implemented PUDs and TIF assignments and coordinated acquisitions of numerous commercial properties.
Marc has a Bachelor in Structural Engineering and a Minor in Business Administration from the University of Illinois.
Brian Goldberg
Brian manages all operations including new project budgeting & development, conceptualization, and production.
He has spent 13 years developing, constructing and renovating high-end Commercial and Residential Projects in the Chicagoland area.
Brian gained experience managing large scale commercial and retail projects in excess of $400million. He has successfully completed and sold over $80million in custom single family homes, multi-unit residential and mixed use projects.
Brian graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelors and Masters in General Engineering in addition to an MBA.
Thomas Scott
Managing Member of Campus Acquisitions, LLC (http://www.campusacquisitions.com), directing the acquisition, due diligence, and financing requirements of Campus Acquisitions. Mr. Scott has over 20 years of real estate finance, accounting, acquisition and asset-management related experience. Previously, Mr. Scott served as Chief Financial Officer for Vornado Realty Trust - Merchandise Mart Division, as Managing Director for CB Richard Ellis, Inc. and as Chief Financial Officer for U.S. Equities Realty, Inc., a Chicago-based real estate development and brokerage firm.
Mr. Scott has extensive experience in real estate development, acquisition, disposition and renovation, in a wide range of student-housing/multi-family, commercial, and retail property types. He has coordinated over $1.2 billion of real estate acquisition/disposition transactions during that last 2 years. In addition, he has significant real estate management experience within operational and financial arenas, reporting and analysis experience in the areas of acquisition related to due diligence, as well as extensive financial analysis and property valuation experience.
Mr. Scott is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois.
